Mediation

The art of agreement

Mediation is a way of settling disputes amicably, in which a third party – the mediator- helps the parties communicate with each other, defines interests and issues for discussion. The mediator doesn’t impose solutions and doesn’t resolve the dispute. The aim of mediation is to develop beneficial and mutually acceptable solutions. Mediation is voluntary, confidential and informal.

Do you have a conflict with a business partner, a contractor, a neighbor? Perhaps you don’t know his position, can’t talk to him? Or maybe you’re getting divorced and you want to agree on the division of property or childcare in a friendly way?

I invite you to mediation consultations, during which you will learn how the Process Oriented Psychology method works, and see if it helps you resolve a conflict you are a part of.
