Process Oriented Psychology

Process Oriented Psychology (POP) also known as Process Work or Working with the dreaming body was created by Arnold Mindell – physicist, psychologist, Jungian analyst.

Since the early 1970s, Process Work has been one of the most dynamically developing methods of conscious support for individual and collective transformation. It seeks answers to basic questions, explains reality, asks questions, inspires….

Process Work also studies social phenomena. It deals with functioning of larger and smaller communities, organizations and companies. It handles issues related to leadership, management, interpersonal communication (also between groups), mediation and conflict resolution, the majority problem – social minority, marginalization of social groups and rank, privileges etc.
